If you order other products, we will ship your other products seperately, and your plant will be shipped on the following monday or tuesday. Guarnateed to arrive fresh and alive. Please specify if you require a heat pack.

RETURN POLICY

Obviously we guarantee your plant will arrive alive. Arena will ship another plant if we recieve photo evidence that the plant arrived damaged or unhealthy. We require this photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery. In the 3 years weve been shipping plants we have only had 2 arrive dead. Basically we are stating that we cannot be held responsible for negligence or bad plant care. Thanks for understanding - Arena Staff

If wanting express shipping, it still takes an extra 2 days to prepare the plant to avoid root shock. So if ordering express shipping on your plant, just remember it will arrive 2-3 days earlier than regular shipping. Please call our office if you have any questions.

"DO NOT select expedited shipping for live plant orders, they ship from our greenhouse located on the other side of the country. Live plants, because they are very delicate, must be healthy enough to survive the shipping. This may cause a delay in the shipping time. Again, please note that adding expedited shipping will not speed this process up. *** WE CANT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE USA ***"
