With a flavor of honey and apricots, this remarkable tasting tea can be improved only by adding the slightest touch of honey to accentuate its natural sweetness.

Traditional methods of making Honeybush involve four characteristic processing steps: harvesting, cutting, “fermentation” (oxidation) and drying.
