Well in the last few months we’ve decided to expand our product line to offer more to our dedicated customers.  Kava kava was a recommended product by many, and now it is widely available in 10g, 30g, and 100g increments.  The kava is a very high quality so give it a shot and let us know what you think.

Wild dagga, kanna, and san pedro cacti have also been added by popular demand.  If there’s anything you would like to add to our line please let us know.  We are dedicated to offering our customers the best of the best botanicals to keep everyone happy.

Scales have been a fairly new addition to the site that have become very popular.  We have the scales online so you know when you purchase any kratom or salvia from us, the weight is exact.

We strive to not only provide first class products, but excellent customer service.  During normal business hours (9-5 Pacific time) we are available by phone.  Our contact telephone number is on our “contact us” page here .  If we are on the other line with a customer, please feel free to leave a message or try again after 5 minutes or so.  If you call us for specific guidelines on our products 9 times out of 10 we are not able to pass on information for legal reasons.  All our products are sold as incense or botanical specimen and not for human consumption. 

We are also very rapid at responding to emails.  We have two people who respond to customer service emails and requests.  Both have emails to their personal cell phones and sometimes respond outside of business hours.  If you have sent an email to us and not received a response within 24 hours, be sure to check your email SPAM folder and mark us as “not spam”.  As we never send out promotional emails, the only email you will receive from us will be in regards to an order you have placed or a question you have asked.

In closing, we treat friends and customers as we would like to be treated ourselves.  All orders are treated as important regardless of size or frequency.

Here at Arena, we are 100% confident we have the best, freshest kratom available on the market.  We import all our Kratom in leaf form (not powder) & we grind the leaf in-house on a weekly basis to ensure fresh kratom powder is provided on all orders.   Freshly ground kratom is much greener in color and smells much more vibrant.  Its like the difference between a freshly ground cup of coffee and stale old cup… its just better!  Over time, usually a month or two, kratom powder starts to lose its bright green color and turn a shade browner… this is not something we want to offer our loyal customers & friends. 

At Arena we have  a very good relationship with our suppliers in Thailand & Bali.  As we order in fairly large quantities we always get the leaf from the most mature Kratom trees and this makes a huge difference to the quality.  Mature trees produce leafs with more of the active alkaloids.  Rest assured, the kratom you buy from Arena is the best value kratom on the market.
